100% Cabernet Sauvignon, matured in a combination of French and American hogshead barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
A velvety, robust and fruit driven Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep crimson red with ruby red hues, black cherry, liquorice and leather aromas. The cherry notes carry through to the palate along with hints of spice and dark chocolate. The tannins are soft and velvety.
Perfect with roasted Duck breast with pickled porcini mushrooms.
Drink now - 5 years.
